These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between il89 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member") who uses il89's website or services.

il89 operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. Key definitions used in these Terms are provided below:

• "Platform" — il89's website, mobile version, and all related digital services.
• "Account" — a registered user's personal profile on the Platform.

• "Taka" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or as a representative of any organization is prohibited.
• Each person may open a maximum of one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being immediately closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

il89 may request proof for age or identity verification at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

By registering an account, you agree that:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
• You will update your profile immediately if any information changes.
• You will keep your username and password completely confidential and will not share them with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted from your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify il89 support immediately. il89 will never ask for your password or login details via email or chat.

The payment terms for il89 are detailed below. Only our approved payment methods may be used.

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent back to the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service, supported on the il89 platform.

4.3 Transaction Limits

Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set at il89's discretion and are subject to change. il89 may automatically hold any suspicious financial transaction for review.

il89 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, and compliance with them is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Up to 120% bonus on your first deposit, maximum ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200; deposit ৳14,000 and get the maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳22,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = you must wager ৳18,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• il89 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• il89 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if fraudulent activity is suspected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Any attempt to gain fraudulent or unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse or collecting extra bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Hacking, manipulation, or use of any software bots.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using a false identity, fabricated information, or forged documents.
• Deliberately exploiting platform errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

If any such incident is detected, il89 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

il89's VIP program has three tiers, and members can advance to a higher tier based on regular activity:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

VIP tier benefits may change at il89's discretion. Cashback is calculated on the previous week's net losses, and each tier's own detailed terms apply.

il89 will not be liable for:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or network issues.
• Delays in transaction processing resulting from technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures.
• Any loss caused by the user's own negligence, such as sharing a password.
• Financial losses resulting from personal gaming decisions.

il89 always uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures to ensure a fair and impartial gaming environment. The platform operates as a secure and reliable service.

il89 places the highest importance on the privacy of users' personal information. Our Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) is an integral part of these Terms.
